Welcome to Denneboom Vineyards & Wildlife, a working farm that has been in the De Waal family for over three generations. The farm is in the Voor-Paardeberg valley, an area renowned for its exquisite beauty and superior wine, olive oils, and fresh produce. Guests are invited to view game, hike or cycle the trails, or just sit back and relax. As a family, hospitality is our first love and the self-catering cottages have been lovingly restored to ensure you have the perfect stay.

This cottage is magnificent. Sitting in the pool with a glas of oude denneboom’s chenin blanc and watching game wandering around the farmland is just extraordinary! A must stay on your trip through ZA.

We had a great stay at Willem & Elizabeth’s place. The cottage is quiet and off the beaten path, which makes for a peaceful stay with gorgeous views. A wildebeest and baby springbok were frequent visitors, and a short walk on the property revealed Zebras and other wildebeests in the distance. The cottage is nicely appointed with beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and ample hot water. The wifi didn’t work for us, but it didn’t make much of a difference. It was a great base from which to explore the many great wineries and restaurants including Babylonstoren.

A little piece of quiet and tranquility in the Winelands. Views for days and a place for complete R&R. We loved watching the animals in the reserve, and had so much fun on our bikes exploring. Cottage is so comfortably equipped. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. Spacious, character, clean. Beautifully located on the game reserve, next to the vineyard. Especially the mornings were stunning. Willem and the staff are great. Always helping out quickly whenever we needed them.
